Picks for Fall

Aka sweaters. A lot of sweaters.

Well, its getting colder outside, which means it's officially (in my mind, and only my mind) fall! Is it still 80 degrees out, yes, would I be able to wear any of these clothes without burning up, no, but school is (for us lucky east-coasters) just around the corner, and that is the only force that truly dictates the beginning of fall. Well, calendars help.

I'm so looking forward to going apple picking, carving pumpkins, wearing sweaters without judgement, drinking hot apple cider, and eating applesauce and....apples? There's this tangible, awesome energy in the air, and I'm crazy psyched about this new school year. The only draw back, is, unfortunately, my fall is going to be insanely busy! Between cross country, two different plays, school, my blog, and life, sleep is not on the schedule. You guys have already gotten a taste of that business these past days, when cross country pre-season, my brother's bar mitzvah (go jews!), and my internship all coincided, and I didn't have time to post. But I'm back, and, in true wallpaper pants fashion, completely off track. Back to the point of this post.

As a newly minted "fashion blogger" I feel a compulsion to have a look, which is currently a sort of five-year-old-girl-meets-90-year-old-stepford-wife. A lovely combo. I'm trying to get some more "fun" pieces into my wardrobe, and some more age-appropriate, almost edgy pieces as well. I'm trying to dress more my age, without completely getting rid of that "what ARE you wearing" vibe I usually give off. So, without further ado, here are some awesome pieces (lord, that word sounds pretentious), that will help me do that.

  1. I love all of your picks! The brown leather skirt and black embellished collar are especially amazing. I recently found your blog and I think it's great :)
